What's the difference between a regular clean and a deep clean?

A deep clean goes much further: behind appliances, inside windows, skirting boards, limescale removal, and a thorough bathroom and kitchen scrub. Most clients start with a deep clean and then move to regular maintenance.

That depends on your household. Families with children or pets often prefer weekly visits. Couples or single occupants typically find fortnightly or monthly works well. We're flexible and will work around whatever suits you best.

Does your end of tenancy clean guarantee my deposit back?

Accepted Answer

We are confident in our standards and clean to a professional level that satisfies landlord and letting agent expectations across Ayrshire and South Glasgow. If your landlord raises a cleaning issue after our visit, we will return and re-clean the relevant areas free of charge.

Do you bring your own equipment and products?

Yes — we bring everything. All our products are eco-friendly and safe for children and pets. You don't need to provide anything.

Are your staff vetted and insured?

Absolutely. All Couthy Clean staff are PVG checked and we carry full Public and Employers' Liability insurance. You can open your door with complete confidence.

Do you serve areas outside Ayrshire?

Do you offer move in and move out cleaning?

Yes. Our end of tenancy cleaning service covers both move out cleans for tenants and move in cleans for those starting fresh in a new property. We clean everything top to bottom including oven, fridge, inside cabinets and walls.
