1. Clear the Clutter
Our cleaners are experts at scrubbing and sanitizing, but we aren’t always sure where your personal items belong. Please pick up toys, clothes, or loose papers from the floors and countertops. This allows us to focus 100% of our time on deep cleaning the surfaces.
2. Secure Your Furry Friends ๐พ
We love pets! However, the sound of vacuums or new people can sometimes stress them out. For their safety and the efficiency of our team, please keep your pets in a comfortable, secure area or a crate during the service.
3. Put Away Valuables
For your peace of mind and ours, please put away any expensive jewelry, cash, or sensitive documents in a safe place. While we are fully insured and vetted, itโs always best to keep these items tucked away.
4. Clear the Kitchen Sink
If you haven’t booked a “dishwashing” add-on, please try to have the sink clear of dishes. This gives us full access to scrub and polish your sink and faucets until they shine!
5. Point Out “Trouble Spots”
If thereโs a broken cabinet hinge, a leaky faucet, or a specific stain on the carpet you’re worried about, please let us know in advance or leave a note! We want to be extra careful with your belongings.
6. Access and Parking
Please double-check that we have the correct entry instructions (gate codes, key location) and let us know where our team can park. The faster we can get inside, the sooner we can start the magic!
